Sternchase Start Times
The following are provisional sternchase start times for the dinghy classes and the yachts that race at FYC. Start times are based on a Pico with a handicap of 1332 having a race that lasts exactly 60 minutes. Faster boats start after the Picos as indicated below, so that if all boats sail to their handicap they are level at the end of the race (60 minutes after the Pico start). Start times are given both as rounded to the nearest minute and in minutes/seconds - the Race Officer will decide which to use.Handicaps are 2011 RYA PY for the dinghies and 2011 FYCA for the yachts with a 4% no spinnaker allowance.
